Copyrights Complaints: All complaints/ notices of alleged copyright infringements or violations received by Kalkine Education Technologies Pty. Ltd. shall be processed, investigated and appropriate actions will be taken in the following manner:

Repeat Infringer Policy

Kalkine Education Technologies Pty. Ltd. has adopted a policy of terminating users who are deemed to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at Kalkine Education Technologies Pty. Ltd.’s sole discretion. Kalkine Education Technologies Pty. Ltd. may also at its sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
